AlsoClick Terms of Service

Effective: September 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AlsoClick, including all directory listings, user panels, collections, review mechanisms, and API endpoints.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using AlsoClick (“the Platform”), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you access AlsoClick on behalf of an enterprise or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Member Accounts & Security

Certain features—such as submitting tools, creating collections, and publishing reviews—require registering an account and verifying your email address. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information and maintain a unique, non-deceptive username.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. You are solely responsible for activities occurring under your account.
  • Never attempt to bypass our automated human challenges, rate limiters, or anti-bot defenses.
  • Notify AlsoClick immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3. AI Tool Submissions & Canonical Listings

AlsoClick maintains a curated directory of authentic AI software, applications, and tools. When submitting a tool:

  • HTTPS Requirement: All destination websites and endpoints must provide valid, active HTTPS security.
  • Single Canonical Listing: AlsoClick enforces strict canonical URL normalization. Duplicate entries across identical root domains or tracking parameters are automatically deduplicated.
  • Accuracy of Specs: Submitted descriptions, pricing models, screenshots, and capabilities must reflect the product's true state without misleading or deceptive claims.
  • Developer Claims & Badges: Verified developers and creators may claim ownership of their listing through our verified claim process to obtain a Verified Owner badge.

4. Community Reviews & Anti-Fraud Ratings

Trust is the cornerstone of AlsoClick. To maintain catalog integrity:

  • Reviews must be written by genuine users based on first-hand experience.
  • We strictly forbid paid reviews, undisclosed affiliate promotions, competitor defamation, sybil voting networks, or automated AI review bots.
  • AlsoClick calculates ranking using weighted Bayesian algorithms and anti-fraud filters to neutralize vote manipulation.
  • Users are limited to one review per tool and may edit or delete their review at any time.

5. Third-Party Products & Disclaimers

AlsoClick indexes and reviews third-party software and AI technologies. AlsoClick does not manufacture, operate, or endorse third-party services. The platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. You agree that using third-party tools found on AlsoClick is done at your own risk.

6. Account Suspension & Appeals Process

We reserve the right to warn, temporarily suspend (1 day, 7 days, 30 days), or permanently terminate accounts or listings that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

If you believe your account or tool was suspended or rejected in error, you may file an appeal through our Appeals Desk or by contacting our team. All appeals receive human review.
