  • Optional Profile Data: Bio, personal/business website, location, and uploaded avatar images. You control whether your profile is public or private.
  • Submissions & Contributions: AI tools you submit, screenshots, logos, pricing tiers, and public reviews or comments.
  • Personal AI Library: Favorited tools, custom collections (public or private), and tool notes.
  • Support & Inquiries: Messages, feedback, support tickets, and appeals you submit through our helpdesk.

You can delete your account at any time. Account deletion cascades immediately to remove your credentials, sessions, favorites, and personal collections from our systems.

5. Profile Privacy Controls

By default, members can choose whether their profile is public or private. When your profile is set to private:

  • Your public handle URL (/user/username) will not disclose your bio, website, or collection links.
  • Your email address, security credentials, support tickets, and internal moderation notes are strictly confidential and are never exposed publicly under any circumstance.

6. Data Security & Retention

We implement comprehensive technical safeguards including TLS 1.3 in-transit encryption, salted PBKDF2 password hashing, isolated database backups with strict access limits (0o700 file system permissions), and real-time anti-bot rate limiting. Data is retained only as long as necessary to maintain active accounts or satisfy statutory legal obligations.
