AlsoClick Community Guidelines

AlsoClick is a community dedicated to discovering, evaluating, and sharing genuine AI tools and intelligent software. These guidelines ensure our directory remains authentic, constructive, and safe for everyone.

1. Core Principles

  • Authenticity: Share real tools, genuine experiences, and truthful descriptions. Never inflate claims or post fake testimonials.
  • Constructive Discourse: Critique software constructively. Highlight strengths, limitations, and practical use cases without hostility.
  • Fair Opportunity: Every creator and tool has an equal chance to be discovered based on utility, performance, and honest user reception.

2. Prohibited Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Rules

Ranking & Review Manipulation

Creating multiple accounts to vote farm, trading reviews, paying for positive feedback, or coordinating competitor smear campaigns is strictly prohibited.

Malicious Links & Phishing

Submitting URLs that contain malware, deceptive landing pages, credential theft mechanisms, or scam offers results in immediate permanent bans.

Impersonation & False Claims

Falsely claiming ownership of a product you did not create or impersonating developers, trademarks, or platform administrators is forbidden.

Automated Spam & Scrapers

Using automated bots to flood submissions, duplicate listings, or bypass human challenges is blocked by our anti-bot security systems.

3. Reporting Abuse & Broken Links

Our community helps maintain catalog quality. On every tool and game page, members can click the Report button to flag:

  • Malicious links or phishing scams
  • Inappropriate or graphic content
  • Inaccurate specs, pricing tiers, or broken destination URLs
  • Spam, fake reviews, or copyright infringement

4. Enforcement Ladder & Account Suspensions

When a guideline violation occurs, moderators enforce actions commensurate with the severity of the offense:

1. Formal Warning: Issued for minor infractions or first-time policy misunderstandings.
2. 1-Day to 7-Day Suspension: Temporary suspension for repeated spamming, excessive duplicate submissions, or low-severity abusive reviews.
3. 30-Day Suspension: Imposed for serious violations including coordinated vote manipulation or aggressive harassment.
4. Permanent Ban: Imposed for malicious attacks, illegal software, security breaches, or persistent disregard for community safety.

5. Filing an Appeal

Suspended accounts have full access to our structured appeals workflow. Log into your dashboard to file an appeal with your reason and supporting evidence, or write to support@alsoclick.com.
